  • 2 cod fillets (56 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp green onions, sliced diagonally

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
