  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter

  • 4 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 11.5 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Gradually incorporate confectioners sugar until the mixture is thick enough to roll into balls.
  5. Form tablespoon-sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Insert toothpicks into each ball and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm.
  7. Melt semisweet and milk chocolate chips with coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave.
  8. Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate, covering about 80% for that classic look.
  9. Return dipped Buckeyes to the baking sheet and allow the chocolate to set before serving.
