  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, gouda)
  • 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 23 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup Panko crumbs
  • 1/41/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, mustard powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well mixed.
  3. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down in a baking dish and spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.
  4. In another bowl, mix parsley, Panko crumbs, parmesan cheese, and melted butter; sprinkle over the salmon.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
