  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 ounce cream cheese (cold)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Dough: Combine water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl; let sit for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, heavy cream, milk, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth. Knead until elastic and let rise for about 90 minutes.
