  • 1 ⅓ cups granulated sugar (for dough)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2¾ cups all-purpose flour (for dough)
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder (for dough)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (for dough)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (for dough)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt for the filling; freeze for 10 minutes.
