  • 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or chicken
  • 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 12-pack Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 23 cloves minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Layer turkey on the bottom halves, spread cranberry sauce over it, and top with cheese.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the top layer of rolls.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for about 12 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
