  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • For the icing: 30 g granulated sugar
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper if using.

  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.

  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
