  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line three baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  4. Roll dough into small balls and coat in granulated sugar. Place on prepared baking sheets about two inches apart and slightly flatten each ball.
  5. Bake for 9–12 minutes until edges are set; sprinkle tops with reserved sugar immediately after removing from the oven.
