4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
6 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
3 tbsp white miso paste
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
1–2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp green onions (sliced thin)
Instructions
Prepare the Miso Butter: In a bowl, mix softened butter, white miso paste, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sliced green onions until well combined.
Apply the Miso Butter: Spread the mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
Cook in Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until opaque and flaky. Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes to caramelize the top.
Cook in Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and cook salmon for 9-10 minutes without turning.
