1 tablespoon butter
1 pound salmon fillets
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Cook skin side up for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove the salmon from the skillet, tent with foil to keep warm. In the same skillet, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and cornstarch slurry if desired.
Pour the glaze into the skillet, cooking until hot and slightly thickened. Return the salmon to coat well in the glaze.
