  • 10 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 20 ounces shredded potatoes (thawed)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (divided)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Grease a 9×13 baking dish and preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces.
