  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 34 eggs (beaten)
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Pound beef loin chops until they are thin and even, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. In one bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, flour, parsley, garlic salt, thyme, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. Dip each chop in the egg mixture first, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each chop for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
