  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups heavy cream (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine pumpkin puree, 1 cup of heavy cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until well mixed. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  2. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whip the remaining 1.5 cups of heavy cream until medium peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Gently fold the cooled pumpkin mixture into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  5. Divide into individual serving containers and refrigerate until ready to serve.
