  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound baby gold or red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning blend
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Cut potatoes in half and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and grated cheese; arrange on one-third of the sheet.
  3. Season beef chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, herbs, smoked paprika, and ranch seasoning; place in the center of the sheet.
  4. Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper; arrange on the remaining third of the pan.
  5. Bake for about 20–25 minutes until beef reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C), and vegetables are tender.
