  • 1 cup edamame (thawed)
  • 1/3 cup green onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (for frying, divided)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
