- Salt
- Black pepper
- 4 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Season the salmon pieces with salt and black pepper on both sides.
